Programme Notes reads the notes a committee sends about its concert and its members. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your notes, the bios and the finished copy are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the files; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish or quote your programme or your members' bios anywhere; never share them with anyone; never reuse a bio or a note in another society's programme; never sell or share your details; and never claim any right in the words. The copy is the society's before and after.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it and nothing follows you to another site.
